Waited 20 minutes for front desk to come check in, even having to call the phone, to let her know I was there. Window frames were disgusting and had dead bugs, also there we're two holes in the bathroom wall. No TV channels we're available.

"I booked hotel through Booking Buddy. This was no honored."

Breakfast was good, Location was good.

I booked hotel room through Booking Buddy. I got an email from America's Best confirming this booking, I did not see the email until I got home. America's Best refused to honor the booking although I had a paper confirming from Booking Buddy. I ended up paying twice as much as the room I had reserved was no longer available.
