We spend there less than 20 minutes. Outrageous. The room was nothing like we saw in photos. It looked like annex in backyard converted from pigs shelter. There even wasn't a glass in window frame, just cardboard. The owner was rude - said something like : take it or lump it.

Everything. Would never recommend this place

"Fantastic value stay right in the thick of Hoi An"

The location is near to different activities and shopping areas.

It would be nice to let the guests know if they are booked to second floor with steep steel stairs. No one helped us to bring up the big luggages. No one cleaned the room the following day. It would be nice if windows have screens to limit mosquitos and other insects. Communication is a big help if owner can express it well.
