Appartement très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Madrid à pied. L'appartement est propre. Il donne sur une petite cour au calme. Bon wifi.

Está muy bien ubicado, es amplio y cómodo.

La atención es deficiente, no contestan los mensajes, tienen un bot enviando información pero no hay una atención adecuada para un alojamiento que no es barato.

We stayed for 2 nights in February, family of four. We got the apartment with one main bedroom and a separate twin room, each with its own bathroom and shower which already puts it ahead of most places. The apartment is in a well-renovated old building with character. Good heating control. Kitchen is functional and properly stocked, though we used only for coffe and hot drinks. The location is the real selling point: the metro is literally 20 meters from the building door. Mercado Antón Martín is right across the street. Sol, Barrio de las Letras, Atocha, Reina Sofía and Retiro are all a short walk away. Would stay again

The sofa in the living room was comfortable but visibly worn. Not a dealbreaker, just noticeable

Room on ground floor with barely any daylight and very noisy at night. No reception staff. Didn’t encounter any staff member during my entire stay. Towels and bed linen of poor quality.
