location is ok and facilities is as seen in the photo

The website stated 24 hour reception but when we arrived on 25th Dec and leave on 27 Dec, we didnt even see the receptionist at all. The only person who helped us to check-in and check-out including making the payment is an old security guard who didn't even speak english at all. But all the credit goes to him for his helpfulness

This is a very new hotel. Well equipped. Clean and cozy.

I really didn’t know why they didn’t give me a complimentary bottle of water for my 2nd night of this stay. It’s quite weird. Besides, they didn’t offer a laundry service even though it said it has such one.

목걸이가 끊어져서 세면대위에 놔뒀는데 저녁에 오니 없어졌네요. 청소해주시는분께 전화하더니 못봤다고하더라며 전달하네요. Cctv가 있는것도 아니고 못치운 제 불찰이니 크게 화내진않았는데 그래도 화는 났어요. 작은개미들도 많더라구요.
