Hotel Castillo Benidorm

Desde fuera parece normalito, no es un edificio deslumbrante, pero cuando entras empieza lo bueno. La recepción con María es excelente, Hay una sala multiusos donde sirven un muy buen desayuno con zumo de naranja natural (de verdad). Hay disponible 24 horas todo tipo de cafés y dulces sin costo adicional. La ubicación es estupenda, muy cerca de todo pero sin que el bullicio moleste para dormir. Magnífica opción...

Everything was fresh and very clean the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria who could not be more attentive.

The room was a little smaller than expected and tight moving around the bed

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, well equipped and comfortable, great staff (Maria being exceptional), breakfast was good, and the hotel is right on the edge of the Old Town, so very quiet. Maria instructed me to park right outside the hotel, and also registered my car with the local authorities to ensure I did not get fined for driving in the eco area.

I liked everything about the hotel especially Maria the woman who booked us in. She couldn't have been more kind or helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was likewise. Air conditioning and overheard fan both worked as did the refrigerator. Comfortable balcony. Free water, coffee and every type of tea you can imagine available free 24/7. Plus free magdelenas . Really an excellent experience.
