Hotel Castillo Benidorm

Maria is absolutely fantastic person ❤️ Location is really good, free coffee and Water. Good breakfast with fresh incredients. Clean rooms and good beds. I really would recommend this.

We booked a night here through Booking.com after a horrific AirBNB experience at a different place, and are we ever glad we did! From the moment we arrived, Maria at the front desk worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was incredible. She has limitless energy and such a passion for customer service. She is a true gem! She happily gave us towels for the beach and advised us of the free breakfast. She even served food at the breakfast the following morning! Maria was so fantastic that we would absolutley return to Benidorm again, just to stay at this hotel. 10/10 on service and comfort.
