Red Roof Inn Morehead

I signed up for red roof inn rewards because we will be there monthly in Morehead KY the staff there was excellent gave me handicap room gave me password for their WI Fi

Nothing

Everything was nice and clean in the room and in the lobby. The younger lady that was working Saturday night is amazing!

Jacuzzi seems to be going out (most of them don't work at all), TV wasn't working (all static), "hot" breakfast was almost nothing (toast, stale powdered donuts, stale mini chocolate chip muffins and two types of drinks), hair dryer didn't work so had to go buy my own while trying to get ready for funeral, half the lights in the room don't work, mini fridge didn't work, pool had a sign that said shut down by health department.

The young lady at the desk was super helpful, everything is clean, beds are super comfortable, plenty of space, in a great location, and affordable.

Had to change rooms 3 times because none of the Jacuzzi tubs that you pay extra for work, microwave and fridge don't work, half the lights don't work.

The employees were very nice.

Advertise pool, but pool was closed.

Everything. We pulled up a broken hotel room that looked like a bullet hole. Curtains were so gross and stained it was discussing. Parking lot horrible. People right at the doors are smoking. Man, half drunk him, and a woman was talking about shady shit going on the night before. I went in, and the smell was overcoming of bleach. I immediately told them I was not staying there. As well it was.groos, unfit to stay, etc. That I traveled hrs for a shit hole. I looked across the street the woman said that's the same owner I said it's not a out who owns what. Its.the building and this place need to be condemned. We went across to Best Western, and it was the best. I had a night at a red roof in corbin Ky Saturday night, and I was so mortified I canceled it. I am not and will not ever stay st another Red Roof. Horrible

The prices were the best in the area without sacrificing quality, the staff have all been super helpful and very kind. So far its definitely been my best hotel stay in a long time

this hotel is not up to the standards on booking very dirty and no breakfast ice machine broke pool shut down by the county

My stay did not happen. They lost my reservation and did not have a room for me. Front desk clerk was very rude
