Die Deckhöhe von der Küche war sehr niedrig. Für mich nicht schlimm,da ich klein bin. Aber für Leute ab 1 Meter 80 wird es eng.

Die Lage war sehr gut. In der Nähe des Strandes, Innenstadt und trotzdem weitgehend ruhig.

Die Nachbarn haben auf der Terrasse geraucht. Der Geruch zog in die Ferienwohnung. Dies fand ich unangenehm. Die Deckenhöhe von 2 m ist für große Menschen schwierig.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Schlüsselübergabe, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter z.B. um zu klären, ob das Gepäck bei Abreise noch deponiert werden kann, war alles gut.

Es handelt sich um eine Souterrain Wohnung. Das war im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter Glück, so dass es nicht gestört hat, dass die Wohnung dadurch recht dunkel ist. Aber längere Zeit und womöglich noch bei schlechtem Wetter hätte ich da nicht sein wollen. Ein Problem für meinen 1,95m großen Mann waren die teilweise sehr niedrigen Decken; er musste eben den Kopf einziehen.
