Comfortable and stylish chalet that we have ever stayed. Kids love it! However our snowman was stolen tho..

Clean, big house, not far from the city and I recommend friends to stay here.

The property has a digital lock. I got the code from the management company and got into the house with no problem.

According to the pre-arrival instructions, there was supposed to be a person waiting for us in the property to help us with the check-in process. There was not anyone at the property. When I called the management company, the person who answered the call just told me they did not have enough people to handle our check-in. I was quite disappointed.

Beautiful decor and beds were a dream

Sold as having concierge /shuttle services however in practice was not an on call concierge : shuttle service - I had to book in advance and wasn’t always available so a car would be better for this property if you don’t like walking too far in ski boots

Great accommodation and garage for 1

The fact that the management didn't reach out to provide details around accessing the accommodation especially after the payment was received nor provide the telephone for the night duty guard. Making it nearly impossible to enter due to the weather

Everything, can’t fault anything

No breakfast but I don't think I need it anyway.

1. If they can offer laundry service with additional charge, it will save my day 2. The townhouse can be noisy if you have noisy guest on the other side of the house.
