Vijay and suresh on front desk and all other staff were very helpful.

Ambience

Breakfast Manu was very limited. Restaurant was not up to expectations level. Other things was ok.

Restaurant required improvement Old Mattresses required change. Toiletries kit was very low standard.

The hotel staff was super helpful and tried to address issues immediately. Hotel is clean surrounded by nice hilly scenic view. Vegetarian food is great, they also customize it as per your need, they serve freshly cooked hot food.

The washrooms and overall hotel room door latches should be repaired and checked thoroughly. I got stuck in the washroom, because the door latch fell off. Thankfully, I had my mobile inside the washroom to call the hotel staff. Room curtains were dirty and with stains, this could be changed, as it leaves a wrong impression.
