Clean and comfortable accomodation; value for money

Hard bed

Clean room , especially toilet. One of the host is Taiwanese , he can speak Mandarin. Host are friendly and helpful.

Location a bit far away from city center, we have to transit twice to Tobu Nikko station every day , which cost some time

Easy to find and easy check-in. The location is very good, really close to the station. The bathroom, sheets, towels were clean and we had what we needed for a couple of nights. The bathroom seemed pretty new. The yukata were really comfortable. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, but it seemed convenient to have this option, we had the menu in the room and the food choice was diverse. Good value for the price.

You can hear noise from the hall and neighboring rooms. Also the fridge or not sure what else in the room kept making a sound all night, both nights, like a crackling, which was a bit loud.

A nice family feel to it. Close to Nikko Station and several food shops in the middle of the city center. In the first floor you can eat cheap Japanese food made by the hotel owners. Confortable bed, modern and cleaning bathroom and some common space for basic cooking.

The staff were lovely. Close to the train station . Had everything you need to stay a few nights.

The property itself is very outdated. Many people probably wouldn’t have the biggest problem staying here, but for what you pay, it just doesn’t compare to other places we stayed.
