Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten entfernt von der Talstation. Das Gebäude ist neu gebaut und perfekt ausgestattet ist. Franz-Jozef ist ein super netter freundlicher Mensch und immer ist hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kaltenbach gehabt und werden wir auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Nichts, nur die Parkplätze sind eng besonders wenn man einen SUV fährt.

الشقة تنقصها غسالة ملابس وكواية ويوجد كاميرا فوق البلكونة صعب تشوفها (تنبيه للعوائل)، والمالك لو تتأخر في الخروج نص ساعة خذ 25 يورو ويوجد تأمين عند الوصول 300 يبلغك المالك بعد ما تحجز وتجيبها كاش

الاطلاله روعه والشقة نظيفة وواسعه

السعر مبالغ فيه وحتى الطفل عمره 4 سنوات حسبه نفس الشخص الكبير مع انه الشقة تكفي ل10 أشخاص

The location and the apartment design are very bad and it has no view. The owner was cooperative with us and allowed us to exchange it for a better apartment for half the period only. The balcony is shared by everyone. The sheets and pillows are bad and the bath towels were used in front of my eyes to dry the floors from water!!!!
