"A warm welcome by delightful hosts into their lovely home. We would definitely stay again."

Michelle and Steve are amazing hosts - we stayed in the cottage and they had homemade cookies, fresh plunger coffee, and sweet treats in our room. The bedding was of beautiful quality and the bed was so comfortable. We opted for the delicious cooked dinner and dessert. So lovely to sit around the fire in the living room meeting the other guests over a glass of wine or beer. Michelle and Steve are very engaging and made us feel so welcome.

"Exceptional"

Knowing that we had dinner waiting for us, was the only thing that kept us going at the end of a long cold ride. Dinner was delicious, as was breakfast and everything was comfortable. Great hosts. Thankyou!

"A clear 10/10"

We stayed for 2 nights with Michelle and Steve and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The B&B is a bit remote, but in a good location for trips to the elephant rocks or Oamaru. Steve and Michelle were great and generous hosts. They provided toys for our daughter to play with and were always available for a friendly chat without being intrusive. Michelle is a great cook, dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

We enjoyed the very friendly hosts, wonderfully hospitable and delicious breakfast.

We didn’t realise the bathroom was a short walk outdoors. Not quite as comfy but ok.

"Very enjoyable stay"

Steve and Michelle were lovely hosts, who looked after us very well. The setting was really nice, with a choice of comfortable places to sit, both indoors and out. Michelle cooked us a delicious dinner and nice breakfast. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Just superb. The front room was beautifully furnished, charming,, comfortable, stylish. Loved the shared bathroom. Steve and Michelle were fabulous hosts, this stay was the highlight of our trip.

"A wonderful stop on our cycling trip."

We stayed with Michelle and Steve during our cycling trip on the Alps to Ocean cycle path. Our cottage was very comfortable with beautiful furnishings, homemade biscuits and fresh fruit on arrival. We also took up the dinner option and enjoyed a delicious meal cooked by Michelle. It was lovely to meet Steve and Michelle. They were both friendly and attentive during our stay and even offered to transport me by car to the next town due to my knee playing up. We would definitely stay here again!
