價格比較其它旅館來說，沒那麼貴，但是房間也比較小。 交通還算方便，尤其是對較熟悉如何在京都轉搭車的熟客來說。

"Muy cómodo y muy buena ubicación. Bastante limpio también."

Desayuno muy básico, deberia haber mayor variación y más opciones (café, pan, etc). Estuve 4 noches y fue siempre el mismo desayuno.

La atención en recepción es buena pero mejorable.

ドアノブに貼る清掃、清掃しないを、もう少し選べるように改善、、。 例えば、バスタオルの交換と、ゴミだけ捨てるなど、簡単位表示できるとメモ書き表示必要なし

Se state pianificando un viaggio a Kyoto, NON prenotate all'Hotel LiVEMAX Kyoto Nijojo-kita. È stata un'esperienza disgustosa che ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Perché evitarlo: 1. Igiene inesistente: Non si tratta di "vecchiaia" della struttura, ma di totale assenza di pulizia. Superfici mai toccate da uno straccio. 2. Manutenzione zero: Balconi usati come cestini dell'immondizia e mai controllati dallo staff. 3. Gestione imbarazzante: Cambiare stanza è inutile perché l'intero standard dell'hotel è il degrado.
