The staff was extremely rude. I came there very late at 9:30pm because I came on a bicycle and it was very steep (gaining 980 meters of elevation to reach there) I had called the hotel and told them my ETA is 8:30pm but the elevation slowed me down. When I arrives everything was shut down, and on ringing the bell the lady came out but she was very upset and even said Scheiße for having to check me in at 9:35pm !!! There was a problem in payment from booking.com, thought the booking got confirmed the money was not credited to the hotel account, when I told her its paid ( I was under the impression that it was paid) she screamed at me and said no! I had to apologise to her. On asking if the store room could be opened for the bike she said angry words in German which I did not understood! I felt “insulted” and felt like leaving but at that time everything was closed so I did not have any other option. This was my wort experience in a hotel and probably booking.com should take them out from list!!!

Nettes Personal und tolle Natur

Das Essen war gut und auch preislich war nichts auszusetzen.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so auch das Mobiliar im gesamten Hotel, besonders auf den Zimmern. Dann das winzige Bad wo man sich kaum drehen kann und sich überall anstößt. Eine große Gefahr stellt die Treppe dar, da alles in braun gefliest ist und man höllisch aufpassen muss das man nicht stürzt. Dann gibt es auf den Zimmern mit Balkon keine Zwischenwände auf dem Balkon, so das man sich ständig beobachtet fühlt. Außerdem keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe.

Nette, zuvorkommend Betreiber, haben für mich rxtra die Frühstückszeit vorgezogen. Der Ort ist magisch, perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen, wandern wollen, zu sich kommen dürfen

So gut wie nichts, Bett war sehr weich, ist aber mein Problem, jeder mag das anders

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Wir waren einmal etwas später dran da gab es nur noch eine Sorte Wurst und es wurde auch nicht mehr nachgelegt. Auch die Auswahl war etwas dürftig.

Die WLAN Verbindung war schlecht.
