Lem's Apartment & Coffee

The lady who owned the property was lovely and very helpful, she hired us a motorbike for a few days, which was the best condition bike we have rented on our travels around Vietnam. The apartment was nice, bright and had a comfy bed. It’s more of an Airbnb room in a family home than a designated rental apartment block. The location was very quiet on a nice street, a bit further away from the busy area but close to the beach.

There were no cups so we had to drink coffee out of bowls, more crockery would have been great!

That the appartment actually was only a 1-room Studio with bed in the same room. Bathroom, Sofa and kitchen facilities were a bit worn out, could be modernized and refurbished or replaced.

Big and clean room. Very bright and comfortable. Good location near the beach and many cafes and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Lem’s apartment. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Pi was a truly lovely host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Great hostess, easy communication, very clean and comfortable room. I really liked the location, which is very peaceful, quiet and easy to get around the area.
