Napo Beach Resort

I loved everything about this place! Small-ish resort with a lovely pool and common area bound with hammocks, all next to the sea. Restaurant is good. Kayaks and snorkel/fins available. Coral is ok. No proper beach but there’s a small beach nearby. Rooms are good clean and comfortable (I got the a/c room which was nice but probably unnecessary really with the cool breezy nights). I was surprised how strong the WiFi was! This resort is next to a seaside barangay with a couple of sari sari shops available. The manager Hans and cook Jessica spoke good English and provided excellent service. If you’re looking for a nice mostly quiet not crowded but lovely island small resort setting with all the creature comforts, this is a hidden gem in the Visayas. Highly recommend!

Our stay was just great! Maripipi island is an hidden gem! Maripipi is a small island with so much to see, the springs, monkeys, reefs, turtles, beaches and more! Owners and staff has been wonderful, they helped us in all what we needed. We used the kayaks and they have snorkeling gear, the reef is right in front of the resort. The food was delicious. One of the best wifi we had in the Philippines! We had a really nice escape!
