Mooi gelegen appartement met alle nodige faciliteiten

Het sanitair in een badkamer was wat verouderd en werkte niet zo goed . Redelijk wat lawaai van ambulances en sirenes

L’appartamento è molto ampio e molto bello.

Le lampade del salone erano quasi tutte fulminate, pertanto l’ambiente - considerate anche le giornate nuvolose - risultava molto buio. La pulizia non è stata fatta o è stata fatta in maniera molto approssimativa. Abbiamo trovato la cucina sporca, con briciole sul tavolo e scarti di cibo nel lavello. La dotazione di asciugamani era ridicola: due asciugamani piccoli per due persone per 3 giorni.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin/dem Gastgeber war sehr schlecht. Die Zugangsinformation ist spaet angekommen, Die Telefonnummer laut Booking.com funktioniert nicht. Die Internetseite vom Gastgeber*in kommuniziert funktionierte nicht. Von der Handynummer bekam ich nie eine Antwort, auch per WhatsApp. Ich brauchte eine Rechnung nach dem Aufenthalt aber trotz mehreren Anfragen habe ich nichts bekommen.

Great apartment in, good location

Communication was very poor. Different numbers provided did not work. One did work, but got no reply from a voicemail left. Got access info at time of arrival at the partement at 2pm on the day, when said would receive 24 hours before - nearly booked elsewhere as started to assume migth be without anywhere to stay. Obviously, no fault of the host and no reflection of the apartment, but a party in the next-door apartment went on until after we left at 7 am on the morning.
