Lovely aparment with stunning view to valley. There was everythink you need to stay and relax, futhermore the owner was really kind and helpful.

Very nice situated on top hill.. Friendly and helpfull owner. Bottle of red and white wine at arrival as well as some cake. Clean in- and outside the room.

We missed water cooker in the kitchen, but this.is minor detail.

The house has an amazing location and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely swim in the pool situated on the property. Emanuele was a very kind and responsive host, who welcomed us with a pie on the kitchen table, a bottle of wine in the fridge and a pack of coffee capsules.. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a nice holiday in Marche.

Really nothing to comlain about!

Beautiful views, nice swimming pool, very complete kitchen + cutlery, and a very friendly host. Also great airco (per room), which was a bit necessary for us 1 night. Easy to reach as well. There are some reviews about the last bit of the road uphill to be difficult. We experienced (brand new) tarmac, so no problem at all to drive up to the place. The city Tolentino is around the corner with some nice places for a coffee, fresh meat (salameria) or pasta (pasticceria) near the main square, but also bakery or restaurants. Plus it's only 30min drive to the coast, with in between many other nice towns/cities.

Actually nothing. Some tips perhaps; create ways for a bit more cosy light in the living room/kitchen.

Great place for a family holiday, swimming pool, amazing views, good base for Tolentino, Ancona, Macerata, Porto Civitanova. Great and helpful Hosts. Place clean, well equipped, air conditioned. The place is on a hill. Cycling requires good fitness ;) We recommend it!

The villa is absolutely incredible. Very good apartments, well equipped kitchen, mosquito nets on windows. Emanuele is a great host. Upon arrival we found a complimentary pie on the kitchen table, a bottle of wine in the fridge and a pack of coffee capsules. The view from the terrace is incredible. The water in the pool in was already perfect temperature, despite it was only the end of May. I hope to come back in the next years.

Well located and clean. A friendly host.

Walls very thin so could hear neighbours easily. The bed could do with another pillow. The tiles around the pool discoloured which is a little off putting.

Everything is amazing, Host id super friendly, View was incredible. reality was more beautiful than the shared picture. the Host welcomed us with a fruit tart and answering all your questions
