We were very pleasantly surprised by this little gem we stumbled upon! Our room was very comfortable, spacious, quiet, and most importantly-spotless. The carpet, bedding, bathroom-everything was very clean. The entire property was neat and tidy, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. This motel is also a very short walk to watch elk wade in the river in the evening, and frequently the elk can be seen meandering through the motel parking lot. I will not hesitate to stay here again, and have already recommended Great Smokies Inn to others. We had a great time and a great stay!

USMost favorably impressive staff members. All were very prompt, helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Excellent rooms with perfect beds and showers. Quiet low key atmosphere for a most relaxing stay. Highly rated for good reason.
USThe motel was very clean, close to everything Cherokee has to offer, and parking was right outside your door.
The morning we were leaving the fire alarm in our room kept going off. A young man from the office came after it went off the second time and took it down.
