Bambu Cottage

Stunning interior! Location was perfect - close to beach, shops and restaurants. Had a great space for surfing gear. Kitchen was good and had all the equipment we needed.

Nothing we disliked

The cottage was beautifully presented in a fantastic location and included a parking spot. We were right next to the local Sainsburys, there was a lovely cafe a few doors away and the local beaches were only a few minutes walk.

Nothing really. Perhaps a small TV In the main bedroom would be good.

Lovely comfortable cottage, in a great location. clean and spacious with a lovely outdoor area. A short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The cottage is really well designed with lot's of attention to the details, such as live plants and decorations. It has all facilities (though Microwave oven might be really useful) for a great time off. The location of the cottage is also superb allowing access to local beaches, shops and restaurants of Newquay (in fact, we have spent almost all the time in the town and nearby beaches).

The only thing I can mention is the parking: it is actually shared with neighbours and can be sometimes either occupied, as there are twice more houses than parking places, or hard to tie in (I would definitely advice not to use it for new drivers, for example). However, the neighbours are friendly and there are public car parks that are either free overnight or you can pay for the whole 24 hours (around 9£, but beware that you cannot park there for more than 24 hours!).

Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated in a great location close to the town, harbour, and beaches. Would definitely recommend Bambu Cottage and would stay here again.

Only (slight) negative is the on-street parking space is quite limited, however we managed to get parked ok the whole week
