People sleeping in their cars gave me a room upstairs when I stated problems with walking upstairs due to injury the evening person when I checked in was rude as you approached the counter she says what you need so I stated good afternoon I have a reservation she had no customer service skills and stated the room you requested is not available I asked is there any other rooms available on the first floor she stated no but I’m giving you a suite so as I walked to the room I seen 3 available rooms on the first floor and the rooms were still empty when I left Monday

the location was the best part of the hotel. the beds were comfortable but the sheets had cigaretes burns on them. i had people trying to get into my room that i did not know.

the bathroom was nasty floors had not been cleaned in a while. the microwave had melted food all over the inside. there was garbage bags placed on my door when i came back from the wedding. the place was dusty on the tv screen and on the furniture. could not see through the peep hole to see who was at the door, this is a safety hazard.

It was a deplorable place. It was late at night, and we were tired and not at the top of our game. We were shocked when we pulled in and got a look at this place. No exaggeration; it looks like a place you might not make it out of alive. While we're contemplating what to do, a patrol car pulls in and sits there. We left and drove all the way to Lumberton for a nice hotel. We could not get a refund through Expedia even though we never entered the facility.

When I get there they charge me extra $35 because they said I paid for a single bed when the website said 2 double and they charge me $35 extra to get 2 beds ( I rent 2 rooms by the way!)
