The hotel is old and tired. Would never stay there again. The bathtub had holes in it, carpet worn & dirty as was the mattress.

This room smelled like standing water. There was hair in the shower. The towel bar was broken. The exhaust fan cover was broken. There were cigarette burns and cuts in the blanket, AND the outdoor pool is fully covered. Not operational as advertised.

Someone who’s interested in owning a hotel should Purchase this property & Renovate & also set up interviews for housekeepers that actually want to work. The room that we checked in had a family of frogs that checked in before we did, 2 frogs in the bathroom & 2 frogs in the bed area & & a dead frog. I called front desk & spoke to some name Al, and he asked me did I want him to get them out the room and told him that I wanted a refund, he than told me that if we stay, that we would probably not get a refund. I told him no worries I was coming down to check out. He said that I could call manager Rinku. I called on Saturday for manager she wasn’t there, I then called Booking.com put in my complaint about my reservation. I called hotel on Monday and spoke to manager Rinku, and she wasn’t pleasant & she told me that she had responded to the complaint that I put in through booking.com & that I had to talk to them, at this point, I called booking.com and was told that the hotel had not responded to my refund request and their was nothing that could be done about it, and I was refunded $17 out of $110 for the NASTIEST HOTEL ROOM, that I had ever checked into in my entire life. Just like that, out of the money that I paid for a 1 night reservation. I feel that, if booking.com CAN NOT back up what they help sell & help these hotels make money, then they should not list their hotels to their customers.

No ice machine working properly and only one for the whole place also had roaches there

Bathroom light was flickering, bathroom door didn't lock for privacy. Poor signal without having hotel wifi. Didn't inquire to see if it was additional charge. Swimming pool wasn't in use. Complimentary breakfast was a honey bun, juice or coffee. Besides that the staff was very nice and the area has alot of amenities around it.
