Extrem freundliches Personal das versucht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.Vor allem im Restaurant und an der Rezeption Man kann im Bademantel und Tasche unterirdisch in die Therme.Nan bekommt Chipbänder mit denen man auch in der Therme auf die Zimmerrechnung buchen und jederzeit aus der Therme raus und rein kann . Thermentücher können an der Rezeption getauscht werden. Dort kann man auch die Speisekarte a la carte und Menü einsehen. Küche und Service sind sehr gut.Vor allem das Frühstück ist eine Sensation. Es gibt wirklich alles in Top Qualität. Die Bar ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Auswahl zu fairen Preisen. Parkplatz ist im Parkhaus kostet 12€ Tag.Sonst parken schwierig. Wie haben bei Anreise ein Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuiten erhalten.Danke war sehr schön.
