Awful. Booked my stay and meant to do a two night stay but I booked for 2 separate nights for my family and I, and the first night they let him check in. The second night they said that it was against the rules to have the second guest book and I was banned from booking again. Which made no sense because they let us do it the night before. Not even worth the stay tbh. Sheraton was way better and smoother. Wouldn’t want to book here again. Mind you, I added the second guest and asked if they could check in and clearly was no issue as he was able to do that the first night.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. I needed to add one more night for work but was having difficulties extending my reservation. I was provided with helpful information to complete the booking

The bath drain was either clogged or slow draining. Each shower was unpleasant to bee bathing in one's dirt. The carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed.
