"Good stay but room to improve."

Staff was friendly and helpful. Entire facility, lobby, breakfast area and our room (115) were all well cleaned. One exceptional quality was room & bathroom lighting. Some of the best I've experienced anywhere. Fridge worked well and a plus for having a freezer compartment for our blue ice containers. Bedding was comfortable BUT bed was far too close to the AC Unit and needs to be moved out a few inches. Speaking of AC/Heat, the unit was in poor condition. Thermostat was only accurate up to plus or minus 4 degrees and continued to blow cold air long after reaching temp. Had to turn it OFF to get any sleep as it either froze or cooked that side of the bed most of the night if on. Flapper in toilet needs to be replaced as it would occasionally hand and continue to run. Breakfast was pretty good Thursday morning but was rather cold Friday morning so we ate breakfast out on Saturday before leaving town. Over all a good stay but still room for a bit of improvement. Also, people were apparently smoking pot near the building at night outside as the smell was sucked into the room by the heat/ac unit. A distance restriction should be strictly enforced for smoking of any substances in the parking lot area.

"It was okay since I was gone most of the day"

Breakfast was very limited; the coffee was watered down

1. The layout was okay. It was poorly designed because I had to ask where the napkins and plastic utensils were. You had to stretch over the counter to get a plate, or wait for someone to finish using the buffet before getting one to serve yourself. 2. The toilet handle stuck every time you flushed the toilet
