Get ready for the longest check in you've ever experienced. Staff was very short. When given your key look around and try to figure out where you room is because they won't give you a hint and when you ask where your room is, the answer is, "look at your key". They will hit you with a $100 "deposit" but they won't return it for 5 BUSINESS DAYS!! So don't plan on having access to that $100 for a week.

It was okay they ran out of plates the first day. But the next day plates was provided. The food was a warm but the biscuits was cold and hard. The sausage was over cooked.

There wasn’t a smoking area. There was one chair on the front of the building. They told us we can smoke in our car. I thought that was a lil unprofessional. There was no chairs on the outside on the side entrance where we could smoke at.

The breakfast person has been late with breakfast on our last 2 stays. It's supposed to start at 6:30 am but hasn't been ready until 7:00 am or after. We barely have time to eat before we have to leave. The breakfast is usually decent and that's why we choose this hotel and pay a little more. If this happens again, we may look elsewhere. We stay there every 60 days for business. The time before last, the lady was in the kitchen texting on her phone constantly. This time she was just moving very slowly like it didn't matter. Puts out gravy, but no biscuits until half an hour later. Things like that. Just takes a little common sense. I know that it takes a little time to prepare in a small kitchen, but they need to be better organized and maybe have her come in earlier to have it ready on time. I never see a manager to say anything to. Front desk staff never asks how our stay was anymore. I don't think they want to hear the answer from anyone because they don't want to have to deal with any complaints.
