I liked the style and decoration, as well as the bed-and-breakfast concept, but it did not work properly due to the lack of staff support, as I will describe below. The location is also not bad. We can walk to the main tourist points in around 15 minutes and buy food nearby. However, coming from the train station with luggage requires taking a bus. They let me work from the common kitchen after check-out with our luggage in the common area not locked.

Although check-in was available from 2:30 PM and we had informed an expected arrival time of around 4:00 PM, we arrived at approximately 5:00 PM and were informed shortly before arrival that no one would be at the property and that the room was not ready. We were already very close to the location at that point. We were only able to enter the building with the help of other guests. We then had to wait in the hallway for the manager, with a baby sleeping and after a long trip. The manager arrived around 40 minutes later and still needed additional time to clean the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was left without toilet paper, and there was no extra supply available anywhere in the property. Breakfast was poorly organized and left without any explanation. It consisted of an industrial cake in the shared kitchen, some sliced bread, a few leftover cold cuts, yogurts, boxed juices, and three eggs to prepare independently, without guidance or proper setup. On the second day, in addition to the lack of cleaning and dirty dishes left in the shared kitchen, there was also a lack of food. There was no bread or cheese available, and we ended up eating the remaining cake from the previous day. Overall, we felt abandoned during the stay, with slow responses via WhatsApp and no staff presence at the property, not even once a day, to check basic cleanliness, supplies, or breakfast arrangements.

Difficulté à joindre le propriétaire : le code d'entrée n'a été envoyé qu'après un appel téléphonique devant la porte. Toujours la taxe de séjour non incluse dans le tarif de Booking donc on laisse 4x7 euros en liquide dans la chambre... Travaux en cours dès 7h du matin pour le futur tram dans la rue. Parking payant à 22 euros.
