During a long 77-day work trip across the country, we found ourselves at the Hampton Inn Farmers Branch for what was supposed to be just a short stop. But after experiencing the atmosphere, the service, and the comfort here, our “quick stay” turned into 16 days—by choice. We rearranged our plans and even drove farther each day just so we could keep coming back to this hotel. What stood out to us immediately was the staff. Every single person, without exception, deserves to be recognized. The front desk team was consistently friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile or a helpful suggestion. Housekeeping kept our room in flawless condition. The breakfast staff was attentive and dedicated, keeping everything fresh, organized, and spotless. It’s rare to find this level of consistency from an entire team, but they truly work together with pride. This hotel was easily the cleanest property we stayed at during our entire journey. The common areas, hallways, and dining area—everything felt well cared for. Breakfast became something we genuinely looked forward to each morning, with tasty hot items and an area that stayed remarkably clean no matter how busy it got. There’s also a feeling here that’s hard to describe until you experience it: a sense of calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality. You can tell the owner takes their role seriously, treats the staff well, and pays attention to the kind of details that many hotels overlook. That attitude trickles down to the whole team, and it shows. By the time we left, it honestly felt more like a home away from home than a hotel. If there were an award for outstanding hospitality from top to bottom, this hotel would deserve it without question.

Excellent! Always clean, very friendly staff, and garage parking option. The dining room is clean, breakfast is organized, and they even have cookies in the afternoon!

Good location in the Farmers Branch area; easy to connect to downtown and DWF Airport; nice area with a small lake on walking distance; room was very clean, excellent!

Swimming pool and especially hot tub was not meeting my expectations. Restaurants are on walking distance, but not very close.

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

Friendly staff, clean even the parking garage and side walks were clean. Person blew leaves, dirt and rocks off everyday. We love the location easy on off access to interstate and freeways.

For an indoor pool water is to cold to swim. Spa needs a little more movement when jets are on.
