Chambre avec tout le nécessaire. Personnelle agréable. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Aspect extérieur de l'hôtel (parking) qui a l'air non entretenue. Manque dans la salle de bain d'un sèche cheveux, personnellement je n'avais pas de télécommande dans ma chambre pour regler la climatisation. Chambre petite si vous êtes 2.

Die Lage war gut, das Frühstück war gut und der Empfang war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und e sgab fast keine Ablagefläche.

There were 2 problems I want to highlight. 1. The owner/receptionist was very rude and racist. The internet in the hotel was not working. When I asked her, her answer was “I am not a technician, I cannot do anything”. But same question was asked by another German, she answered very politely and apologised for the inconvenience. There were other incidents at the breakfast time too. She tried to talk to me in very loud manner to answer my questions as though I am not allowed to talk at all. 2. The telephone in the hotel does not work at all, though they provided phone number, no body pickup or attends your call. Same goes with email, no prompt answers. Highly unreliable communication with the hotel.

Personnel très sympathique,

Mauvaise literie: matelas très fin et dur. Couette beaucoup trop petite pour 2 personnes ( la couette faisait bien 20cm de moins que le matelas, qui, déjà était peu large(1,40 m) Dans ces conditions il n'est pas possible de se couvrir à 2 personnes. Cela ne nous était jamais arrivé !
