Nine Smiths Hotel Chiang Mai

Personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner parfait (plusieurs choix), localisation idéale à l’intérieur du carré de la vieille ville, à 2 pas du Night market du dimanche. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

The AC worked great, the shower was hot, keycard storage slot made it easy to remember my key, the breakfasts were good, both the hotel itself and the surrounding area was nice and quiet, the location was great. It was nice having my own quiet space for my first few days in Thailand.

The bed was a bit hard, the sink spout sprayed water out of the sink, sheets had some stains (but beds were clean overall), the room was fairly clean but the nooks and crannies were dirty/neglected, safe did not have updated english instructions. Overall, I think the price was a bit high for this hotel - I expected more comfort/functionality for this price. I would say my expectations were somewhat met.

Friendly atmosphere, extremely kind staff, daily cleaning, very good breakfast.

The total lack of soundproofing in the rooms, I could hear every conversation, noise as if they were in the room with me. Probably an extremely thin wooden partition was installed, thus doubling the number of rooms. If you have a group of noisier tourists in the room next to you, you will definitely have trouble sleeping.

Su ubicación y el trato tan amable de sus trabajadores. La habitación era cómoda y suficiente para su precio. Todas las tardes te preguntaban qué tipo de desayuno ibas a querer a la mañana siguiente. Por poner un pero hacía mucho calor en el edificio pero como la habitación tenía aire y el comedor de desayunos también, pues nada que no se pudiera solucionar. Si estás allí un domingo el night market que ponen ese día está a 50 metros (lo recomiendo)

La atención por parte del personal es estupenda , son muy agradables y acogedores. El check in era a partir de las 12 pero nos dejaron entrar cuando llegamos sin problema . El desayuno es muy completo con mucha variedad a elegir. Además, el horario es flexible ya que teniamos excursiones y el desyauno nos lo preparaban a las 6 :30 de la mañana. La habitación era de calidad , muy grande , con un buen baño y muy bien aislado ya que la humedad no se notaba dentro. Destacar la muy buena ubicación que tiene dentro de la ciudad.
