The bed was comfortable

Housekeeping ignored us for some reason. 5 night stay and they came into the room once. We would ask the front desk to send somebody up while we were away. She would agree and then immediately jump right back on her phone. When we would return in the evening, nothing was ever done. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels everyday. Garbage never dumped, cups never replaced.

They didn’t come to clean the room. The floor around the water machine. Kids running up and down the hallways, knocking on doors and running. The room had a bad smell.
