Hilary is a brilliant host - nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful with suggestions for eating out in the evening. Fantastic breakfast, freshly cooked, and a gorgeous fruit platter. Very quiet, and the animals were a joy to meet.

Charming property with stables part of the set-up. Nice room with lovely garden furniture and sculptures\ornaments (although not the right season to use any of it!) Lovely host serving beautifully presented, delicious breakfasts in very nice dining room. Very nice seeing the horses and pets. We would certainly recommend it.

More information than negative comment. The property is set very much 'in the country' so you do need transport to get to places. Although the nearest villages are not far away, they are a bit far to walk (at least in the winter).

Alittle old fashioned for me but will be the taste for lots of other people I’m sure

Cosy, quiet, lovely location, friendly and helpful owner, very tasty breakfast.

Room too warm, and heater controls didn’t cool it down. Couldn’t see TV from bed due to bed frame, would be better on wall.

Very good cooked breakfast though it’s a bit cold.

Peaceful setting with beautiful scenery. Amazing treatment from the host and breakfast was simply gorgeous. Lots of fun with the two dogs, the cat and the horses!
