Very nice room, has all you need. Very clean. Excellent location. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly come again.

The accommodation is large and comfortable: it includes three beds, a small high table with stools, a tv, a wardrobe and a sofa. The en-suite bathroom is nice and clean and equipped with towel warmer and a large shower. I particularly liked the roof windows and the amount of artificial lights. The common kitchen is cosy and stylish, and equipped with all essential appliances. The host is kind and always helpful, and he managed to accommodate all our requests. Kobe-Rooms is located in a central and well connected area, Kvaternik Square. The Cathedral can be reached by the typical ZET Tram Line, or by a nice 20 minutes walk. The Cafe Billiard and the McDonald's, both located in the same building, are a plus. It would be nice to include a breakfast option when booking a room, for a full B&B experience. The place is worth and a small improvement would be successful.

The noise created by the trams can be annoying for someone. I personally didn't care, but my girlfriend was waken up by the noise at night.

Perfect accomodation, clean, new furniture, perfectly organised, easy check in, was allowed to check in earlier. There is shared kitchen and also very clean. Close to the city center, warm and everything in perfect comdition. Host very nice. Thanks

Very clean location, spacious rooms, shared kitchen in common area, aamzing staff and super-easy and friendly check in process. Highly recommended.

The tram runs along in front of the building, so you sometimes feel the vibrations of it. But it didn't bother me ... it rather helped me fall asleep. 😴

Very clean, quiet, and modern room that is close to the tram system to get you anywhere you would want to go in Zagreb or beyond. And, as my title states the best stay I have had in Europe at this Price-point! The rooms have everything that one would need. And when I say modern, it like from the future they are so well equipped So nice and a very welcomed stay for me coming from other properties. The shared kitchen was also a delight and modern. It was like having a small cafe for yourself. Very nice and had everything one would need to cook with. Robert the innkeeper is a great guy! So kind and jovial. Everyone in this business should be like him. More than willing to help you with any need. And, just a great human being! If I ever am in Zagreb, I will be staying here as long as the building is there and Mr. Robert is running the show. Excellent! I see many people posted about "noise from the tram" as a complaint. I think they just needed something to complain about. I could barely hear someone talking loudly outside my door let alone that. But, people always have to complain don't they?

It was a perfect stay for this price point. The only thing I wish is that there was a kettle in my room. I need my tea before I can do almost anything. And, that includes walking the 10 meters to the kitchen :)

The location is perfect and the host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very modern and clean!
