リーズナブルで、駅近で非対面のチェックイン・チェックアウトができるところがよかった。 秦野駅周辺で買えるとはいえ、飲み物軽食の自販機が備えられており、使わなかったけどコインランドリーもあるのが便利。レンジがフロアに一台ある。連泊の際、日中「起こさないで札」をかけておくと清掃に入らずに交換タオルだけ置いといてくれた。

前の宿泊客のタバコの匂いが強くて臭かった。 部屋入り口は頼りない木のドアと、ノブのポッチを押して施錠する鍵。テレビの画面がおかしかった。トイレの流しレバーが独特でコツがいる。 1フロアに3部屋くらい、避難階段ひとつ。閉所恐怖症だとキツイかも。 コインランドリーは6F（？）から更に階段で上がるが、階段に荷物があったりして従業員以外ほんとに入れるの？という場所にある。コインランドリーは照明のリモコンが効かなかった。
