Wonderful location - large rooms - nice balcony. Owners are wonderful and I didn’t want to leave. I really love this part of Pattaya.

My room was clean, and I like how everything looks remodeled to match. The location is perfect if you like Soi Bhukao too. Plenty of local restaurants to eat at.

The bar downstairs is closed because the property is up for sale- I was expecting it to be open, but it’s ok. The bar is being kept clean and that’s important to me.

Nice location

The property doesn’t have an up and running bar anymore. I think it’s for sale so it was really quiet. I booked because I wanted to be at a running bar. they should take out of the description that there’s a bar at the property.
