All personnel is very proffessional, polite and willing to help. Great matress, great breakfast, great location, very conveniemt private parking.

The sliding glass door at the WC, does not seal at all acoustically. . This guarrantees non privacy in the most private area of the room. I really do not understand at all what people are thinking when they install glass doors in WCs ! For the sake of "high class" design, they sacrifice the most important thing we All need in the bathroom which is privacy. After you open the sliding glass door, the fact that the actual toilet is at a different "cubicle" than the shower is good. In theory, it allows the use of both areas simultaneously by two people. However, the lack of any sound and visual sealing door at the toilet area cancels the above mentioned benefit. Also, he mat - like, synthetic cover on the floor, that has been installed also at the wash basin area between the toilet and shower booth, is impossible, due to its knitting nature, to be cleaned well and thus very annoying and for sure dirty.

Bedienung an der Bar war teilweise nicht sehr aufmerksam. Mussten mit Taschenlampe signalisieren, dass wir bestellen wollten.

El personal súper amable, servicial i atent. La ubicació immillorable, cèntric i de fàcil accés a les principals ruas pero sense ser excesiu cosa que evita el follon i soroll. El menjar molt bo, tot i que tens opcions per la vora val la pena quedar-se a menjar els plats son amb ingredients de qualitat. Tot súper bé recomano al 100% pel bon tracte rebut.

Our room was spacious and very clean. We loved the pool, sauna and patio area for drinks in the evening.

The bathroom set up in the room was unusual and really didn’t work for us. Particularly the lack of privacy with the toilet. Shampoo was available but no conditioner. Also, the hanging space for the wardrobe was exceptionally small and really no space for items longer than the length of a shirt. Breakfast was either understaffed or the staff on duty need to up their game, as table is not always set properly and food/drink regularly needed replenishing.
