Ramada by Wyndham Plymouth Hotel & Conference Center

Breakfast was disappointing. No hot food.

We did have a clean room. went down to the pool and the only way in was through the gate that led to the hot tub. We had to crawl through the safety bars to get to the pool. The breakfast that showed on the front page looked wonderful. Went down to eat, barely anything.

Air conditioner in room was so loud I could not sleep. Flying insects in room. Ice machine did not work. I could not use the entry door closest to my room because there was a large group of people drinking and smoking weed right next to it both nights I stayed.

The staff at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. I’ve been staying here for years because they are usually cheap, clean and allow dogs. However this time I could tell the property had really declined, the pool area was dirty and shows a lot of wear. The pool toys for the kiddy pool wouldn’t work. My room really could use an update and the sliding door to the pool would barely open. It just really looks like it needs a complete restoration it is disappointing to see it going down hill so much

First room the bathroom light didnt work, then second room was the A/C was loud. The beds were comfortable.

Had a weird smell. I could hear guests yelling from their rooms. Room had clearly been “upgraded” but very small double bed room.

We come to this hotel for the pool. We love having the grandkids come here to swim with us. This is a great pool for the little ones.
