Residence Sant'Anna

We had an amazing week in Residence Sant'Anna,we definitely recommend.

Poor standard. The wiew was ok. You have to wear a bathing cap to be in the swimming pool so the children refused to enter. We rented a garage space and hit the car when driving out from the garage and a piece from the car came loose because of the uneven ramp. The hotel told us they where going to look at the camera and get back to us, but didnt even though we had a conversation on WhatsApp which they preferred. And although I asked a lots of times they ghosted us. It was also not possible to take a shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor. Most of the bath towels where use to dry the floor. No sunbed where included at the beach or any Beach Club.

Lovely hotel with lovely surroundings.

The need for a swim-cap wasn't nice. The beds were too hard.

Do not meet the expectations. SWIMMING POOL DO NOT WORK on 29 April (simply no water). Kids garden is poor. Things like toilet paper, dish washer tools, garbage (garbage you must sort your self) etc. is YOUR PROBLEM! For 130 eur night not bad :)
