Magnifique séjour Le personnel est exceptionnel et rempli d’attention c’est énormément touchant et ça rend le voyage parfait. Que ce soit à l’accueil ou même au restaurant de l’hôtel. J’ai hâte de pouvoir y retourner j’ai adoré.

Das Hotel hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Das Essen, der Service, der Strand, der Pool, die Lage, alles war perfekt. Zum Geburtstag gab es sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen mit Meerblick, ohne nachgefragt zu haben. Wir können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Le calme, le style épuré et contemporain de lhotel, tout est parfait !

Problème d'eau chaude, des difficultés à avoir de l'eau chaude à 18h où tout le monde prend sa douche en meme temps, ma femme est tombée malade, nous avons contacté l'accueil pour un technicien mais personne n'est jamais venu.... Aussi nous avions demandé des morceaux de citron pour nous faire un thé dans la chambre le soir, il a fallu que j'appelle 3 fois, et attendre 1h30 pour les recevoir, déçevant pour un hotel de ce standing

The breakfast was the best. Good variety of food and the service and staff were faultless. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff and service.

The service at the in formal bar area was absolute rubbish. The very in experienced young crew was too bust mingling amongst themselves and could`nt be bothered with attending to the guests. You need more experienced older staff. Booted a meal at the "Indian" restaurant on one of the nights, it was the worst meal ever, The starters, Pani Puri was past the sell by date and tasted off, told that to the staff, who said it comes from India The rest of the meal was no better, and so not worth the price we paid. That restaurant should be closed.
