Ser obrigado a pagar a reserva integralmente no dia anterior ao da viagem por PIX, quando coloquei meu cartão como garantia. Atrapalhou-me imensamente financeiramente para o restante do mês. Quando reclamei por whatsapp, nada fizeram. Não havia qualquer mensagem de pré-pagamento, sob pena de cancelamento da reserva no booking.com. Caso houvesse, teria escolhido outro hotel.
