Zona tranquila y las plantas del pasillo

Durante toda la estancia no hubo agua caliente y en la regadera no salía bien el agua, se realizó el reporte en la recepción pero no sé solucionó, sábanas y fundas muy desgastadas, mal olor que salia de la coladera, baño y wc demasiado pequeño el espacio, el control remoto no servía, la recepción no esta abierta las 24 horas si llegas algo tarde a la habitación tienes que tocar hasta que alguien te escuche y te habran la entrada.

La cama es cómoda

No te dan la clave de internet actualizado, y que un día antes de salir del hotel desaparecieron mis tenis, no me quisieron dar respuesta ya que igual no pedía limpieza y según nadie del personal entro pero desaparecieron mágicamente

La atención al publico es lo mejor. Y el aire acondicionado está chévere

Qué si alguien de la habitación de al lado fuma, huele en toda la habitación que fue mi caso. También las sabanas de las almohadas están manchadas
