Chambres très mal insonorisées on entend les voisins des chambres supérieures et inférieures tousser!! Le sol de notre chambre était sal (l arrière du tapis de bain était noir). Il a fallu se battre chaque jour pour avoir des serviettes de toilettes pour trois personnes. Je trouve dommage quee personnel dans un hôtel ne soit pas capable de parler quelques mots d anglais mais nous nous en sommes sorti avec le traducteur. Petit déjeuner complet et diversifié. Eau chaude.

It was nice and modern and some floors still being. Built. Quite a long way from the old town bit Ubers are so cheap it was not a problem. Felt safe at all times

まだ近隣でも新しいホテルのようです。空港から、道が空いていれば10分です。逆に有名な広場などクスコの主要観光地は徒歩だと1時間くらいかかってしまうので、Uber必須です。また、飲み物やお菓子を売っているお店も近くにないので、街に出た時に買いだめが必要です。

Room with hot-tub. Great breakfast. Convenient locations to all activities enjoyed around the hotel. Nice place to stay overnight.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, cama confortável, porém café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Basicamente não tinha como variar nada. 1 opção de pão e ainda ruim. Nem cheguei a tomar café no outro dia. chegamos na madrugada, restaurante fechado e pedi pra comprar uma água ou me arranjar um copo com água pois estava com muita sede (vinha de uma viagem de trem), simplesmente não tinha água. Atendente não deu outra opção a não ser esperar até o outro dia pra comprar ou eu sair (em plena 1 da manhã) pra ver se um mercado no final da rua estava aberto. detalhe, o restaurante era embaixo e na prateleira cheia de bebida porém não podia pegar. Enfim, pelo atendimento pessimo, não voltaria.

Lovely hotel near the airport. Friendly staff. Garage parking. Large room with 2 beds. Good breakfast.

The property was situated in a nice quiet area, a bit out from the center but was good. What i did not like was people who did not care about making noise all hours of the night. I know its not yoyr fault but,you can ask the customers to respect others in the hotel and not to make noise.

First they did a late Check inn with excuses that rooms were still in the cleaning procces. Then they din't check our reservation correctly and told us that they understand we reserve just one night and we deal with this making them review the reservation abd correct their record, later the room has no tv remote and when we query for one they ignore us abd my husband end up twice in the front desk just to be help with this. For this reason we don't recomend this Hotel.
