Stay good. Restaurant excellent. Steep outside steps to room. Continental breakfast in room.

Breakfast and standard of cleanliness was very poor and the toilet flush was broken

The inn and rooms were excellent and were all set up in line with COVID 19 guidelines, in fact I would say they had exceeded with this. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were furnished to a high standard and excellent cleanliness. During this time they were unable To offer a cooked breakfast however the alternative provided was with safety of all in mind. Food and menu were again excellent along with specials each night.

Rooms comfortable. Good facilities. Not for those with poor mobility as outside stairs to reach accommodation. Booked bed and breakfast (cooked), however, this was not available. Had cereal, croissant, and yoghurt left in the room, no choice of cereal. The reason for no cooked breakfast was not explained on arrival, only when I asked about it. Manager stated that booking companies had been informed and should have informed customers, this did not happen. No hairdryer on arrival and tv not working. Reported this on arrival but had to report again the next day as the issues were not addressed. They were dealt with immediately following this. Enjoyed the food served in the restaurant in the evening.

Rooms are along a corridor above the restaurant but no noise from the bar. Upon check in we were just handed a key from someone behind the bar with no real instruction but it was self explanatory I suppose. Comfortable bed. En suite room with everything you need including tea and coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast was left on a tray in the room with milk and yoghurts in a mini fridge. Location right by the Main Street so we were able catch our ferry first thing the next day.

Great spacious room ,kettle tea coffee etc in the room. Very clean and bright. Friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant down the stairs. Dog friendly.

Mallaig is a lovely town, hotel was clean and friendly. Only draw back was the covid 19 based lack of normal breakfast

Stayed for a couple of nights. Beds were comfy, shower was decent. Walls are thin so other guests could be heard which wasn't an issue in this case but could be. good location, no parking. The fact it has an external entrance to the main pub/restaurant is probably and advantage during the covid period.
