Staff was short and rude at check in. At breakfast they did not want to refill the pancake mix saying they just refilled it. So they told us to eat something else.

It has been quite some time since I’ve stayed at a Motel, so I came in with fairly low expectations, but figured it was a room and free breakfast while we were passing through so I’m not going to be too picky. The room was nice and clean, but I was really blown away by the bathroom/shower area. I mean who gushes over a motel bathroom?? Me apparently. The vanity mirror is large and has lights built in to the frame, giving “ring light” vibes. It also has different modes, which my teenage son was overly excited about. The counters and the shower are all granite-or I’m assuming some manufactured version of it, but it really gives the whole area a clean and bougie look. The shower itself had great pressure, and I LOVED that it had pump bottles on the wall for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Shampoo had a lovely white tea/tea tree scent, which again, I would not expect at a motel. And for breakfast, they have the all important Belgium waffle maker! It’s goofy as eff, I know, but ever since I used one in college, I will specifically check pics of the breakfast area to make sure they have the waffle maker.
