Very clean

There was an argument outside our room that kept us awake. The people in the room next door played their tv loud and kept us awake

It was a roof over our head.

Cockroaches, not comfortable beds

I thought the location was an excellent experience. I was diagnosed during my stay and I was subsequently treated for my ailments at the facility near by.

The value, the staff was courteous the location was perfect

I didn’t like that the floor was disgusting I dropped some ice and thought I got it all but I didn’t so it melted so I seen water spots so I grabbed a wash rag wiped it up and the wash rag was so black and then my feet were so dirty and my socks. I don’t know if they mop or if they do I don’t think they mopped very well. That floor needs to be thoroughly mopped and probably steam clean. Refrigerator worked except it had a buildup of ice in the little freezer area and was tending to freeze anything I put in there in the door.

King room was huge. Nice showers. Close proximity to food and shopping. Staff are always friendly.
