OYO Hotel Sulphur LA Hwy 90 West

Ok for a quick overnight stay. Very nice manager. Bring earplugs if you are not use to multi trains coming down the tracks all night long ... lol

There is a train that runs past the property blaring its horn at 10:30 pm, 12:30 am, 2:30 am 3:10 am and 4:30 am when I left. I got up and took a shower in a black mold infested shower. Would complain to management but there was no manager at the property. I've never stayed at an OYO and question their brand given they are involved with this property.

Don't EVER STay at an OYO motel/ hotel. We tried to check in last Saturday night at the one in Sulphur, Louisiana. The office was locked. Howard banged on the door and windows and no-one was there. He walked around the property. No-one to be seen. Then Howard called their number which said their mailbox was full. He called again and again. Then he called the customer service number to find out what to do. They called the property and were unable to get anyone. We were charged for the room but were told by customer service we would get a refund. Today we get a call from customer service saying that the property manager denied our refund because we had checked out. How the hell could we have checked out when we never checked in????? I am livid! I'm going to write to the main office, the Louisiana Better Business Bureau, and anyone else I can think of. I will get our money back one way or another. They've messed with the wrong old lady!

They manager is super freindly and very accommodating.

After making the reservation and confirm it over the phone , I drive to the place and it was closed . No one in the reception or answer the phone for 2 hours . OYO customer also didn’t help . Then told me that this place is sold out. Till now they did t refund my money back

My only complaint would be I had to buy my own toliet paper yalls were a bit thin. Other wise was a nice place to stay.

Nice hole in the wall. It was cheap . Very clean. The hot water was HOT. Best thing was the hot water.

The picture on the website was very nice but when we checked in our room it was horrible. I would never recommend this hotel/motel to anyone!!

There was nobody in the front desk and my reservation was not able to be canceled we wasn’t able to stay in our room I’m very disappointed in and I think that there should be some reimbursement or a free night would be good

Nobody was there at check-in. Had to call a number that was posted on the window and was about 10 minutes before someone arrived. The room smelled bad, probably humidity. There was no ice machine.
