1 gece konakladım. Personeller gayet kibardı, samimi bir ortam. Odalar klimalı ve temizdi. Tek başınıza yetecek şampuan ve sabun vardı. Banyo-Tuvalet küçük ama işlevsel. Uygun fiyata konaklamak için oldukça güzel bir yer. Temiz havlu da mevcuttu. Odanın balkonu da var. Tavsiye ederim. Tek sorun şöyle ki: Ben bileti satın almadan önce müesseseyi aradım ve bilgilendirdim. Aramadan önce ve aradıktan sonra fiyat 10 TL arttı. Bunu hoş bulmadım.

The place is old and dirty. I don't recommend if you're staying with family, however it's reasonably priced so maybe for 1 one person 1 night it would be okay

The place was cheap and well located - that's all of the positives. Unfortunately, the condition of the place was appalling. The whole Filiz Pansiyon is old and badly maintained. Everything which could be possibly broken in the bathroom of my room - was broken. - broken mirror - damaged taps - damaged sink - damaged shower hose (the shower was sandwiched between the toilet and the wall, without any curtain or designated place to shower whatsoever). The beds were OK, but the rest of the room was depressing and a bit messy; for example, the old newspapers covering the fridge. The whole place looks like it hasn't been renovated for the past 50 years and it smells like cigarettes already in the lobby.

Самый дешевый отель в городе - это плюс. Всё остальное - минус: постельное белье грязное, осталось после предыдущих жильцов, с волосами; санузел с отваливающейся плиткой, без ремонта десятилетиями; зимой отопление включают только к 7-8 вечера и выключают в час ночи; мебель очень старая.

Great quite and clean there are no disturbances at any floor really I enjoy my trip there

A great value for money option. Let's be honest, what can you expect for such a low price? I can't make any criticism for the price paid. Clean room, clean beds, private bathroom, and bathroom products. All this for a very small price. Great low budget option. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel is 20-30 mins ealking distance to exact center.Staff is very friendly and kind,they made sure we were ok,rooms are in basic condition,i csn say good for this price for 1-2 nights stay but rooms could be cleaner,it was the biggest decline in our stay,especially bathroom,linens and ground.

El personal es muy amable. No hablan inglés pero con el traductor del teléfono no hubo problema. No tiene desayuno, aunque la publicación dice que sí. En la habitación el baño no tenía picaporte y quedaba siempre abierto y se cortaba el agua con mucha frecuencia. Todo estaba limpio pero las instalaciones no están bien mantenidas. Si es por pocas noches, es una opción considerable y económica.
