Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy The Broughton Apartments Historic District

Loved the washing machine and full kitchen. Place had plenty of old school charm and was nice and clean and comfy. Note there is no desk so not so good for business travel. Wished there was a window that could open, there was an air exchange instead and I understand it's an old building.. Front entrance keypad a bit sensitive, took a few goes usually to type the code in. Location was great!

Parking was sketch. Was difficult to match their parking g to hotel. Didn’t get a reduced rate and had to walk several blocks

At times quite noisy

It was a nice place for two people. Very close to downtown and easy to get around the city.

Very noisy. You could hear everything outside, in the hallways, other rooms. Very difficult to sleep because the toilet kept running every 60 seconds and it took 3 days to be repaired.

The location was amazing! Very close to entertainment. The historic district and river walk were both a manageable walk. The apartment was very clean, well kept, and amenities were plentiful. The noise from other apartments was a bit much but not unmanageable. The bed was not the most comfortable but I’ve slept on worse. Parking was easy to figure out. Multiple parking garages nearby as well as a street parking pass available through the city. It is a bit pricey for longer stays. Overall, I’d recommend staying here considering location and price.

We had a nice "in city" location, accessible to many bars, restaurants and other locales. The accommodations were excellent although it was very noisy right outside our window on Broughton Street, which couldn't be helped.

The door code was a pain. There was an ongoing problem with the key pad and the buttons when pushed sometimes would not bounce back. The code for the elevators was also a problem and we could not understand why there was even a code when stairs were available. Parking was very expensive as we had to pay $60 for two nights stay. That was disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice. I utilized the sound machine although we didn’t necessarily need it. I enjoyed all the amenities and things that were provided. The location of the apartment is amazing. The area around it had so many shops, restaurants and other well known Savannah landmarks. Everything was walkable. We had to use a parking garage but it was a short walk from the apartment and was only $22 for the entire weekend. We attended a concert at Enmarket Arena and they had a shuttle bus. The meeting point was close to where we stayed and it worked out great for us. I would definitely recommend Sonder.

Location, cleanliness, bright, high ceilings

Challenges with entry keypad, elevator, windows sealed shut, no tv in bedroom, mattress was uncomfortable, king sized? but center was raised
