Location, quaint, cleanliness and our own little kitchen area and that the dog was allowed. Good large rooms and comfortable beds

We visited over New Year period and there were no staff so it was very quiet. It wasn’t an issue as the room had everything and we were fully aware of procedures etc from the kind owner.
